She is B.COM, LLB & LLM. As an advocate, she has been in legal profession since 1999 and handle multiple cases covering Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Cheque Bouncing , Property Dispute, Motor accident claim tribunals, consumer and revenue matter at District court, before Hon’ble High Court and before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, besides it, she is a trained Mediator of Delhi High Court and DDRS and appointed as a Mediator at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. She is working sincerely in very effective and efficient manner.

RAM NATH MALHAN

Advocate

He is B.SC (H) Botany, Post graduate diploma in Industrial Pollution Management , engineering course( 4years) and LLB.  He started his career in 1996 in engineering field covering a line of steam boiler, small turbine, condenser and alien lines , thereafter, in 2000, he joined in the field of water and waste water treatment and sewage treatment , his line of responsibility towards designing, documentation for pollution and environmental issue and commissioning of respective plants.  As an advocate, he has been actively handle cases/ presented himself on behalf of clients  at District Courts and before Hon’ble High Court comprises Civil , Criminal, Matrimonial, MACT and  Cheque bouncing matter, besides it, he has been good document writer and drafting a legal cases , commercial documents comprises contract,  MOU , agreements and specific documents as per need of clients.

You have not given full details about your husband’s property and in-laws to give a proper answer. Anyhow, you have many rights under the law, but the same are relevant to your husband and in-laws. I advise you, firstly, to solve the situation with the help of relatives and friends from both sides. If no result comes out, appoint a proper advocate to file the appropriate case to save you and your kids.

Mr. Dinesh, you and others can file a suit for Mandatory Injunction in the court to seek relief, or file an application before the National Green Tribunal for appropriate action.

You have not mentioned your parental family and their involvement in your marriage. As per your rights, you can get your marriage declared null and void by filing a petition in the court. If the situation is beyond control, you can lodge a police complaint for your protection.
